1. How can I order a painting?
Paintings can be ordered directly through my website. Simply select the desired painting and click the "Make it mine!" button.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, I accept credit card payments, PayPal, and bank transfers.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are printed by WhiteWall and shipped to me first. I then personally check, package, and send them to you. Delivery time usually takes 3–6 weeks depending on production and shipping times.
4. How are the paintings printed and packaged?
All paintings are printed by WhiteWall with professional quality. I personally check and package each print with care before sending it to you. Each painting is sent with its certificate of authenticity and a personal note.
5. What should I do if the painting is damaged?
Please contact me immediately and send a photo of the damaged painting. We will find the best solution to the problem, whether it is a reprint or a refund.
6. Where is the print shop located?
The print shop that produces and ships my paintings is theprintspace, which is located in the United Kingdom and specializes in high-quality art prints.
