RETURNS

This policy applies to all purchases made through https://creativehanddesign.com.

1. Digital products

For digital downloads (e.g. artwork files):

• all sales are final

• no refunds are available

• due to instant access, the right of withdrawal does not apply

2. Physical products (prints / artworks)

For physical items:

• refunds or replacements are available in case of damage or defects

• issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt via email

• returns are only accepted after prior agreement

3. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply to physical goods, except:

• custom-made or personalized artworks
