1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase of physical products within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

2. Returns and Refunds
After notifying us of your withdrawal, please return the artwork within 14 days.
Customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs, provided this was communicated before purchase.
Refunds, including the original standard delivery costs where applicable, will be made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until the returned goods or proof of their return has been received.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
Every artwork is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Personalized Artworks
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to artworks created according to individual customer specifications or clearly personalized requests, where the legal requirements for this exception are met.
