1. How can I order a painting?

  • Paintings can be ordered directly through my website. Simply select the desired painting and click the "Make it mine!" button.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Currently, I accept credit card payments, PayPal, and bank transfers.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Orders are printed by WhiteWall and shipped to me first. I then personally check, package, and send them to you. Delivery time usually takes 3–6 weeks depending on production and shipping times.

4. How are the paintings printed and packaged?

  • All paintings are printed by WhiteWall with professional quality. I personally check and package each print with care before sending it to you. Each painting is sent with its certificate of authenticity and a personal note.

5. What should I do if the painting is damaged?

  • Please contact me immediately and send a photo of the damaged painting. We will find the best solution to the problem, whether it is a reprint or a refund.

6. Where is the print shop located?

  • The print shop that produces and ships my paintings is WhiteWall, a premium gallery-quality print lab based in Frechen, Germany, that specializes in high-end art and photo prints and delivers worldwide.
